Whilst I struggled playing the game with the TyTN's direction pad it was a joy on both the IIs & the MiniS using one finger for left and right and a totally separate button for jumping. I'm not convinced it's fair to criticise the control method based on poor device design, however it would be handy to be able to remap to the softkeys etc.
