UPDATED !! 6 Button HTC Home plugin+all icons+coloured clocks in 1 package
I have this running on my Hermes and Trinity without problems.
This package is the latest and fixed version of the HTC Home plugin, and should have fixed the calendar problem, the file contains:-
Schen's 6 tab HTC Home plugin
HTC Audio manager (blue or black version)
Schap's new colour icons
Transparent bezel fix
HTC Home spotlight plugin
Colours for the digital clock available in:-
Aqua, yellow, electric blue, red, the 'Matrix' green, purple and original in case you wish to go back.
F.Y.I.
The transparent bezel removes the centre black strip that is usually seen on the today screen with HTC Home, and makes it transparent so that if you use another theme as I have, you do not see that annoying black strip. The spotlight plugin makes the 6 icons "glow" on the today screen when one selected.
Thanks to Schen and to Schap at xda-developers.
This version DOES fix the random switch to vibrate problem, found this post by Schen, the easiest option to cure the problem in my view is to hard reset.
Please read:-
"Those of you that still experience random switching to vibrate after installing my version, you will have to do complete uninstall of the plugin including removing the "Notfications Queue" that might be left after uninstalling previous version of the plugin.
All previous version from JUVS(original version), Freelance2k7, and nUm(initial 6tab) create a bunch of notifications queue(one user here even reported 340 duplicates queue after several days of use without realizing it).
Notifications queue is not something you can SEE when your device is used normally. You will have to use some of the system tools(SKTools and Memmaid or possibly other tools) to check for the queue and tell you whether there is any queue created by this plugin. Do a complete cleanup. I posted somewhere in this thread earlier how to indentified notifications queue that this plugin created. Those eventhough are not duplicates have to be clean up also. The tweak I did was just denying the profile tab from creating new notifications but it still check for notifications possibly left out from previous install and switch to vibrate accordingly. Worse it wont delete the outdated queue. So if you already have the queue build up manual removal is MANDATORY. I personally do a hard reset and install everything from fresh when realizing my queue got messed up and installing into windows also screw my windows directory when opened with file explorer. This is what we got as a beta tester for HTC." Thanks to Schen.
29-7-07 Latest post in this thread from schen:-
I try various of things yesterday to get mine switch to vibrate automaticaly and the only time I saw the switch is when I am in in the middle of an appointment and that appoinment is being EDIT(manual edit or syncing with pc). Ofcourse if you have Full Day event, and it get change that day you will be switch. For now that will be my conclusion: "Swiching will occure during an active appointment, if that appoinment is being change/edit sync. Other than that I could not get mine to switch to vibrate..No plan to iron this out as I think it is pretty minimal already...moreover I already heard that there is a better version available on the kaiser already...so just wait for that one instead. If this bother you just disable the Profile Tab...it is not completed anyway.......
Weather system hack thanks to N2A
I've just put the latest version of my hack to the weather system up
here - I've attached the patched (and signed) DLL here. Requires SdkCerts.cab installed first though, as I had to resign the hexedited file. Would go well as another option for your pretty version of the home plugin

Installation instructions:-
Remove any old versions of the HTC Home plugin first, if you wish you can hard reset first this will clear the Windows folder of any previous icons (not absolutely needed, but does give you a nice clean rom) as the newer icons are stored elsewhere.
Download and extract the folder to your desktop and put the files you want to use onto your memory card.
First in this order, install the HTC Audio manager (normal or black), then install Schen's 6 tab HTC Home plugin, then soft reset and make sure it shows on your today screen.
Before installing Schap's new colour icons, the Transparent bezel fix, HTC Home plugin spotlight or the Coloured clock digits, YOU MUST disable the HTC Home plugin from your today screen (untick box in start>settings>personal>today>items>HTC home).
Now you need to extract the zip files that you wish to use that were placed on your storage card to the folder "HTCHome" using file explorer (I used Resco Explorer 2007), but remember you can only install one clock colour at a time. Soft reset to make sure, then retick the box to display your new today screen!
If you want to have the HTC Audio Manager as your default player you need to reg edit the following:-
Go to HKLM/Software/HTC/Music Plug-in and change music player value from 1 to 2
Then go to programmes and start the HTC audio player and stop it, then go to the music plugin in the HTC home screen and tap on 'launch music player' it should then work, just leave it running in the background.
