Hi ppl

i have a problem. I have o2 orbit, but bought it in Germany. When tryin to get the download link from the mentionet above site i get error - it says that the S/N is wrong, though i perfectly copy it from my phone (under the battery) to the field that has to be filled.
Is it that i bought the phone in Germany or what ?

My S/N is like "HTxxxxxxxxxx A" so should i just type the "HTxxxxxxxxxx" or somehow with the big "A" ... ? I can't find what am i doing wrong, or it's just maybe that i bought it from Germany.
