Have you got a screen protector on? You can adjust the pressure needed by registry editing the following value using Resco Explorer or Similar.
HKLM>Drivers>TouchPanel>Pressure Threshold and change the existing value to 400 (high) or 600 (Very high)

Hi jonty1023 and welcome to 4WM
Just connect to activesync then drag and drop the file to your devices storage card, then tap on it within your device to run it.
