Call quality is very good and signal aquisition is excellent. Very few mobiles get a signal at my parents house - in trees at the bottom of a steep valley - but this has no problems. No first hand experience of bluetooth headsets myself but many of the other mods seem perfectly happy, particularly with the Motorola S9s which are both bluetooth stereo headphones and a handsfree system in one.
