It certainly is an intriguing device! I really, really liked it. It does about 95% of what I need and it does it really, really well.
As Bassey states, the lack of GPS is not a major issue and possibly for the likely market - high end business users it's not necessary but it would have been nice. As to the 2GB that's a bit of a restriction for people using it as a singular device - books, music, video etc. but I could cope with it.
As Griph states, i-mates biggest problem has been getting a critical mass of devices out there. I think supply of components has been an issue rather than i-mate's lack of marketing ability. We'll have to wait and see.
It was certainly a refreshing change from an HTC device!
