I've been waiting for these devices to come out. Still waiting for the 7150, which according to some sources is cancelled, and according to others is in the pipeline. The feature which really makes me want this is the XGA-out. However, what is holding me back to get the 6150/8150, and rather wait for the Xperia (even tough it seems to lack VGA-out) is the seeming lack of support and poor battery life. I've seen the user community (Forum - All Posts - Imate Ultimate Phones Users Forum) but of course compared to xda-developers it's weak.
