Yes- it does havew WiFi 802.11G, though bthe speeds are a bit less than you will see on a PC.

With the correct software, you can play Youtube videos over WiFi- see other posts about this, but the best alternatives are TCPMP (which has a youtube plug-in) and Coreplayer (which has a youtube interface built in)
