Thanks to 4WinMobile for a comprehensive review, and thanks to everyone that responded. Since we launched the product a couple months ago, we have been working on features to address the concerns that you have brought up. If you use our product, you will notice that we have addressed the majority of the timeout error and sync locking issues, thus making the product much more efficient and stable.
