Re: O2 Xda Serra
What caught my eye? Well the whole package really... from the first photo in the review "in the hand" to a complete suite of hardware improvements over previous WM devices I've owned in particular VGA, GPS, 3G etc.. I could spend £400 and unlock a PAGO iPhone 3G but there's not a lot of point since there's not that much more over the iPhone v1 that I can't already do. With this Serra, I can do all of the business stuff with the 3G and I can run Tomtom Nav whilst doing the 'mobile road warrior' thing...
A big disappointment for me with the iPhone is that Tomtom Nav (or any turn by turn nav package) for the GPS enabled iPhone 3G is not / will not be available...8-< What's the point of a GPS on an iPhone?
The Serra looks like it has many advantages over the iPhone which has certainly got me thinking of moving away from the iPhone....I just wonder if MS have managed to sort the horrible ActiveStync software....
