It still feels far from a finished product with too many glaring bugs for my liking. The list view perpetually showed "Today" as being Monday of the current week (the same as week view). This mean, when it actually got to, say, Wednesday, Wednesdays appointments were off the bottom of the screen.

I also got some major re-draw problems whenever the SIP was activated and then minimized with the whole bottom half of the screen (where the SIP had been) failing to redraw. There are even silly usability issues. In the Task List view, if I tick the box next to a task I expect it to mark it as complete. If I tapped it by mistake, I can just tap it again to mark it as incomplete. Why does Calendar Touch ask me am I sure I want to mark it complete? This makes ticking off items a two stage process. If I had made a mistake, correcting it would only be a one step process any way so it is introducing an extra step for zero benefit.

There were little things like this all the way through that just made it a hugely frustrating experience. Then, when I went to remove it, I could find no way of setting my soft-menu keys back to the default. Removing the app certainly didn't do it so I was left with a soft-key pointing to an app that didn't exist. In the end, I re-installed the demo and told it I didn't want to re-map my soft keys. This sorted it out.

It could be a really good App but I think it will be version 1.2 or 1.3 before I try again.
Interesting points Bassey

There are admittedly some glitches, but they are being addressed gradually. The List view starting on 'Today' is an option in Settings- when selected, the list will always have Today as the 1st day of the list; this does work fine on my 2 devices.

I have seen the screen redraw issues a couple of times, but I can't reproduce it consistently.

I agree about the confirmation of task completion/activation- it would be nice for this to be optional.

SBSH say they have fixed the softkey reassignment problem on program removal. A soft reset after the removal ought to reset the soft keys. I've not tested this however.
