Mine, too.

I HAVE MANAGED TO RUN TOUCHFLO 3D AND SPB MOBILE SHELL 3 AND THE CLASSIC TODAY SCREEN all at the same time.
This is something I could really use. Why? In response to waveydavey, I'd like to be able to switch back and forth between the three to compare them and possibly eventually decide on just one that I want to use--or even build my own from the pieces that I like from each.

Unfortunately, I'm completely lost. Sorry to be so dense, but I'm having trouble following your directions, Asad. Am I the only one who hasn't gotten this to work?

I'm going to insert some comments and questions below, then list what's happening and what I actually did to get there. Please tell me what I did wrong! (Anybody who got this to work--feel free to jump right in!

Step 1: Firstly the problem is that MS3 loads at start up and overides TF3D. Therefore go to Program files on your device and make a backup of the file MobileShell and then delete it (alternatively you could just cut and paste it somewhere else like I did). This prevents MS3 from booting on startup.
How is it possible to switch to Mobile Shell if we've deleted the executable? Did you mean to delete it from the Startup folder? (Maybe not. I just tried that and it didn't seem to work....)

Step 2: Install Second Today.

Step 3: Install MS3 Toggler (This allows you to toggle between MS3 and TF3D)

Step 4:
Do a soft reset.

Step 5: Touchflo 3D should be launched on startup, if it is not then go into the today settings and enable it as it has probably been disabled by MS3.
I have Touchflo 3D launching on startup, but (not surprisingly) only after Windows displays an error message: "The file 'MobileShell' cannot be opened."

Step 6: Now go into the settings of Second Today and go to the Soft Keys Tab.
From here enter the title to whatever you want eg second today or today. chose the left or right soft key and select second today and then click apply to registry. now do the same but select Manilla 3D.

Now choose the other soft key and enter a title eg SPB. then click the 3 dots (Browse) and go to Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SPB Mobile Shell and select [Toggle SPB Mobile Shell]. Select Second Today and then do the same for Manilla 3D.
This is where I got lost.

Step 7: Do another soft reset.

Now you should be able to switch between Classic Today and Touchflo 3D and Classic Today and SPB Mobile Shell 3 and Touchflo 3D and SPB Mobile Shell 3.
My right softkey is labeled "Second Today", and it does a good job of toggling between Touchflo 3D and Classic Today. However, my left softkey, SPB, does nothing if I start from the Touchflo 3D screen. If I tap it while at the Classic Today screen, it switches back to Touchflo 3D.

I was hopeful that these might help me through the setup steps, but no such luck.

Here's my version of your instructions as I interpreted them. Clearly, something is wrong somewhere:

1. Go to \Program Files on the device and find the file MobileShell (MobileShell.exe if you're displaying extensions). Make a backup and delete it, copy it to another folder, or rename it.

2. Install Second Today.

3. Install MS3 Toggler.

4. Do a soft reset.

5. If Touchflo 3D does not launch on startup , enable it in the Today settings.

6. Now go into the settings of Second Today and go to the Soft Keys tab.

(a) Select Right Key by tapping on the adjacent button and select Second Today by tapping on its checkbox. (Manila will automatically be unchecked.) Note that Path to Program is set to "\Program Files\SecondToday\SecondToday.exe". In the Title box, enter the text you want displayed for the right softkey (e.g., "Second Today"). Then tap on Apply to Registry.

(b) Leave the Right Key selected, check Manila, leaving the Title and Path to Program unchanged. Tap on Apply to Registry.

(c) Select Left Key by tapping on the adjacent button and select Second Today by tapping on its checkbox. In the Title box, enter the text you want displayed for the left softkey (e.g., "SPB"). Then tap on the "..." box and navigate to the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SPB Mobile Shell folder, then tap [Toggle SPB Mobile Shell]. The new path will be copied into the Path to Program box. Now tap on Apply to Registry.

(d) Leave Left Key selected and check Manila, leaving the Title and Path to Program unchanged. Tap on Apply to Registry.

7. Do another soft reset.

OK, this is what I did. How did I screw up?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me!
