Re: O2 Xda Orbit 2 Review

just read the 2 reviews again, so the screen on the Orbit II is better than the Stellar then?
dont want to be in my truck on the way to gigs with a screen i cant see IF the sun catches it

maybe i should phone up and make the change to the Orbit II do you think?

will HTC issue a patch fix for this Graphics Problem do you think?

also, when making and recieving calls, is there plenty of volume in the earpiece, need good call quality obviously, and which of the 2 has a better loudspeaker?

Unlikely IMO. And if there is a fix, it has to be a fix for each individual ROM, so you are reliant on O2 picking it up and issuing a new ROM, which will add a few months delay.

Get a bluetooth headset - for either the Stellar or the Orbit 2. Necessary anyway if you are going to use the phone while driving.

Re: O2 Xda Orbit 2 Review

I had no problems playing back videos using TCPMP v0.81 player that we have in the forums on the Kaiser (Stellar, Vodafone v1615) or any other WM5 orWM6 HTC device, I also run it on my Orbit 2 without problem. It must be Core Player that has the problems.

Re: O2 Xda Orbit 2 Review

TCMP is TheCore Media Player. It is the free Beta version of the Core Player software. They are used to play movie and sound files and support more format than the default media players.
