Re: Review: O2 Xda Ignito

Sounds like a good plan!

As far as I know Tomtom 7 won't be officially released which is a great shame. I have 2 contracts that have run out right now but will probably wait for the Touch HD or 3G too, not too sure about the Xperia at the moment to be honest.

Re: Review: O2 Xda Ignito

A great phone, having just been away for two weeks with it, it has proved really useful and reliable.

One small issue I would be grateful if anyone could help me with. I keep the phone in its case to avoid getting the touchscreen scratched. However when someone calls this makes the screen live and I am struggling to get the phone out of its case without either answering it or rejecting it. Anyone else have the same problem?
I cannot find a setting which allows answering via the 'real' answer key for example or a swipe to answer setting like the iPhone.

Would be grateful for any ideas!

Thanks

Re: Review: O2 Xda Ignito

Just ordered my Ignito on an upgrade, would really like to get the extended battery but cant find it anywhere. Could easily get the HTC diamond battery but would leave me with that horrible battery cover - can someone point me in the direction of the O2 one?

Ta!

£52.99 from Expansys

But I'd wait until O2 have them in the stores (suggestion is this will be November), or wait until GPSforLess have them in stock (currently showing at £19.99, but not yet in stock).

£53!

Click the thumbnail though, it shows the nasty diamond cover. The GPSforLess link looks to be diamondy too.

Re: Review: O2 Xda Ignito

That's not the official one FB, it's the HTC Diamond Extended battery and case, with the German XDA Diamond case included too (And even that look like an unofficial one!).

You could look at the Martin Fields screen protector as that has protection for the keys too and will allow you to have it out the case.
