One thing I see on my machine is that contact pictures tend to have a pink tinge around them in places.

Interesting, there's no pink tinge on my Kaiser... Nor on the Ameo...

Sounds like a dodgy screen to me mate if the white is bleeding pink.

Nope it's not the screen but how some of the images are processed, around 20% are fine but the others are not. Looks like a fault in the resizing algorithm.

Oh and if you look at the contacts screen shot in Neils review you can see the pink border I was referring to as well!

Do you mean the single tile at the top windows? I don't get that on any of my contacts in Winterface on the Kaiser...
