Not that I've been able to find. Bit of a pain, this is!

I'll just contact them directly and see what they have to say about it; couldn't hurt.

And a quick check in OWA doesn't reveal any options.

Daron, are you using the Outlook client with your account? If so can you check to see if the folder properties have any options for mobile messaging?

I am using Outlook 2003 on 3 PC's, and my Exec's PIM functions with 4SP, and can confirm that all my "Inbox" and "Contacts" subfolders sync with the Exchange Server, and all the Inbox sub-folders on the Exec can be selected to sync as desired.

Once Exchange sync is set up on the Exec, the Options screen has a mail folder tree with each sub-folder having a checkbox to allow syncing.

I have 4 subfolders under my main Inbox, and they all sync fine, even when moving messages between folders using Outlook.

Obviously, contacts subfolders won't sync to the Exec, as contacts is a single datafile.

Good news Neil, where is the options screen? On the Exec? There doesn't seem to be any such option on Smartphone

Richard, it looks like you can ditch 1and1 Why don't you sign up for the trial

Sub folders seem to sync just fine. Once signed up you just select the folders you wish to sync in AS and away you go!

Rich, best of luck with 1and1 - we did use them as a web host for a while but they were terrible in the service they supplied and it took months to get the old domain transferred away from them!

do you know if their service will allow you to sync multiple folders in Outlook?

Yes you can sync additional mail folders, I have four extra ones sync'd at the moment, and this is configurable from the PPC itself.

You select the mail folders from within Pocket Inbox, (WM5 Device), go to 'Menu'*- 'Tools' - 'Manage Folders' then tick the folders you wish to have sync'd and bang your all done

Hmm, created a couple of extra folders in OWA, no sign of them in the manage folder options on the Smartphone

Anyone else using 4SP in conjunction with Spamarrest?

This may be coincidence (& I can't think of any logical alternative ) but since setting up my 4SP account, and forwarding SA messages to it, my number of "spam" pages in Spamarrest has steadily dropped from about 28-30 to 14-15.(@ 30 messages per page)

Are you saying your getting less spam or that the spam is getting through and going to the 4SP account (which wouldn't make sense).* I so have both but at present I don't forward from Spamarrest, I'll look to turn it on this afternoon and see how it goes.
