It is kept more up to date (I think)
Many cameras now have directional data, eliminating false alerts from opposite carriagway
It is graphically more useful- especially with the Red Square diminishing as you approach a camera, with the camera type clearly indicated.
It can now be run behind TTN, and avoids having POI's active and configured, which can slow TTN down on some devices. Config for different camera types is very quick.
If you don't need Navigation, CamerAware can be run on its own, just giving a very visible overview of the status of cameras (Green/Amber/Red)
It has a large speed and direction readout
It includes journey tracking over GPRS and a good Google Earth display of your position/track
No ongoing charges after the initial £19.95 (£9.95 for MoDaCo Plus members)
