Hi

I read your reply and perhaps I am unsure on the configurations. What I would like to have is when an sms comes in - the message on today screen shows 1 unread message/sms in addition to the calender display on the today screen. I like my screen simple and even hid the config and tabs just showing the tasks/appointments (via hidden calender tab). I have also checked the message tab but somehow nothing pops up when a new sms comes in

Thanks for that. I will be checking this one out for sure, soon after I get some funds together for this app, and some of the other nice ones a lot of people on here use as well, and are so kind as to review on.

Mail, which includes SMS, can be included on the Pocket Breeze Calendar tab. Go into Calendar settings. There are a lot of tabs at the bottom, keep scrolling right and eventually you will find Mail. The first option is to show a mail section on the calendar tab. If you combine that with the setting to hide titles with zero unread messages, it's getting close to what you need. I am assuming that you have Pocket Breeze 5.2 as that's the version this thread is about; I don't know if those options were in earlier versions.

The display of a message on the screen for incoming SMS is part of the operating system. In WM5 it is in Settings, Personal, Sounds and Notifications, Notifications. Scroll in the drop down box to find Messaging: New text message. Then you can set your choice of sound, message on screen flashing light and vibrating for an incoming message.
