At $100, no I wouldn't recommend the whole thing. I approached it from the point of who would want to spend that much - has to be a serious language student, and it just doesn't deliver for serious study.
But I would recommend the Flash Cards program on its own for anyone who wants to improve their vocabulary.
I'd recommend the Talking Dictionary for anyone learning English, because of the pronunciation, and there isn't a missing grammar problem in English.
I've pondered the phrase book, would I buy say the Japanese version if I went to Japan again? I learnt about 200 words of Japanese last time I went, so I'm at phrasebook level in Japanese. In the end the answer had to be no, because there's no search to look up anything, I'd be better off with a book.
