Right, in that case I know what the problem was (in my case at least) in was running WisBarAdvance2 as my task manager. Removing that eliminated 90% of the GPS lock problems and since then I've only had one failure. That was eliminated by a soft reboot.

Also found that minimising the processes running also assists. That is I had TenGO and TenGO thumb running, removing 'thumb' again removes a process and help eliminate the problem.

The other tip for any N560 owners who may use PB, iLauncher, etc, is to set them to carry our load delays as I'm thinking it gives more time for the OS to load in any drivers it may need for the GPS.

Now a completely awesome and fast machine.
