Well as there is now the 202 OS released by Acer perhaps a new thread would be better.
Waiting to see if Acer will release an official 6.5 ROM.

I don't think you can suggest Boz isn't trying to talk to Acer; whether Acer are bothering to reply is another matter

Re: M900 owners: Acer needs your help troubleshooting problems!!
Rugal has just informed us of 203 being released for the M900. Check it out on the ftp site as usual although no idea what has changed.
I suspect that something not obvious has been missed out of 202 or a serious defect has been found in the code of 202 for 203 to be released so quickly.
I will flash it this afternoon and report back any findings.

I wouls suggest that ACER may have been a little preoccupied with their new releases over the past couple of weeks. Maybe there might be a bit more time at their end to look at these things now.

I can assure you I have been in contact with Acer, and they have been noting the points made in this thread hence the original post.
There is now a new OS on the Acer ftp so this may help towards the problems M900 users have been experiencing, EUU_ACER_M900_WWE_614_100_0203_DB206B63, that is now two new OS versions since the M900's first release so I don't think that can be sneezed at.
Just one thing though, problems caused by third party software won't be taken onboard as they have no way of testing all applications that are available.

There's absolutely no reason they shouldn't. They are a hardware company that makes phones which 3rd party software run on. If 3rd party software works fine on other phones but not Acer's, I say it is Acer's responsibility to fix that, not the software companies. There's thousands of the latter, and only one of the former. Which do you think is easier?
