Oceania VGA v2.20 [Updated Jan 12th]

here.

As you can see, it is a very simple skin which simply aims to provide a nice look and perfect text readability, hence the absence of boxes and the use of all the white in the background which was of course deliberate. Some would prefer some faded or watermarked image, but personally I decided to go with pure white.

The reason why I released this pack still without everything I wanted to put is due to the fact that this release was LONG overdue and I can easily add the remaining things gradually.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I've thanked him already, but here's a public THANK YOU to Foood for being supportive and for allowing me to use his icons without any issues. In such a simple skin like this, it's really his icons that make it work.
So, for those of you who frequently e-mail me wanting to donate something, if you want to support someone, support Foood for creating these really great icons.

I hope you enjoy this skin as much as I do.

Download Oceania VGA

Greetings to all the skinners out there

Looks very nice mate, clean.

I've now bought WA2 but unfortunately haven't got a VGA device to use this on so I'll be looking at the older version but this is sweet.

I thought I might be able to use the iLauncher stuff from this with the old Oceania, However I see no skinning option in iLauncher v2.2, am I missing something or do I just replace this existing files with the new ones?

Yes, that The way I usually do it is to remove the current meters, and when you click "add" and go to the "meters" tab, you should see all the meters you have put on the skins dir. Then select the ones from Oceania.

@Daron:
take a look at this post over at Lakeridge. It seems aximnut is having problems in registering here in order to download. Can you help?

About the landscape issue, no, it's not landscape compliant just yet. Will add it soon

ok, Mystery solved, I copied the meters into the iLauncher/meters folder! doh!

Unfortunately they're identical to the default! I should really have read your post fully!

(backup battery meter to be added soon, along with the smaller 32x32 meters)
However, now I know how, I'm looking forward to the update. Also, having had a look around at what's included, I'm very tempted to have a go at WA2/iLauncher skinning myself as soon as I get a spare couple of days to play with Photoshop

Looking good Lightman! I'll have to hold of trying it out though until a landscape version is out!
