Locate phone by GPS, cheap navi program

Hello everyone,
New here. I'm searching for a few things, and with hopes I'll get them all into the appropriate threads and forums.

I'm looking for a good Navigation program for my AT&T Tilt. I would like the audio turn-by-turn directions, as well as options to be able to search for establishements and service conduits by name. I've heard that there are many free and or very inexpensive programs out there, but I don't know where to start. So, free trials are helpful as well.

Next, my wife sometimes loses her way when traveling deep in our city (we live in the suburbs of Indy). I have heard that there is software out here that will allow me to track her location by GPS or GPRS via her cell phone. She has a Palm Treo 650 which is NOT Win Mobile, but does have GPRS. I would like to be able to locate her and give her directions to her destination. Sometimes now she can really tell where she is if there's no street near.

Hopefully some of you will have some ideas for me.
