Re: O2 XDA Orbit (Artemis etc) WM6 rom upgrade available here

whatever i do there is no any change, let me tell you what i do exactly step-by-step, so to be sure it's not me.

(i've red the other forum from the bottom to the top and nothing helped me)

Firstly i did prepared my PDA as instructed - performed a hard reset, removed my SIM and memory card, charged the battery to 100% and saved the data that i need.

Secondly i fllowed those steps.

1. I do open (execute) "start_uspl" exe in Artemis_USPL folder.
2. So a CMD promt screen opens and performes sth. it reaches 100% in 1-2 mins.
3. It opens exactly the same window as the RUU_Artemis_O2_UK_3.4.206.2_4.1.13.28_02.67.90_Shi p file does.
4. It performs somekind of rom or whatever change/update - boots in some 3 color environment (suppose that's the bootloader) and after that a white screen with procentage bar appears. It reaches 100% for about a minute.

After that the phone restarts its self. Right after it restart, i do execute the RUU_Artemis_O2_UK_3.4.206.2_4.1.13.28_02.67.90_Shi p.exe file and it starts to do sth. Few seconds after it reaches 3% and gives me that error which i showed you earlyer.

i haven't tried to put another (non-official) rom, cuz all i want is English version WM6, cuz right now i'm with german one and it sux (i hate that language).

Re: O2 XDA Orbit (Artemis etc) WM6 rom upgrade available here

Well, i managed to cope with that annoying problem.

It is tha O2_UK_ ..... ******* that caused the problems. When i tried with different ROM - BB and so on - with every single it's OK (i've changed around 7) - no any problems - trying the UK Official ROM - all i got was that ****** error 244/270 Invalid ID ...
