Multi-recipient SMS software for Orbit?

Hi,

I am very new to the PDA world. Just got the O2 Orbit a few days ago from an O2 shop. The tiny machine is fantastic. But a few things keep bothering me.

1: What is the BEST Multi-recipient SMS software for this machine? I want to send a text to some friends (for example, let them know that I changed phone number), and the default SMS software is not very convenient.

2: When I switch the keyboard to larger key, I cannot find the capital key. What should I do to turn the capital on when I want to input all capital letters.

3: About the system (ROM Version: 1.25.206.2 WWE in my case), is there a update for this machine, if so, where I can get them. I came across an O2 website: http://www.seeo2.com/support/template/Support.vm but it's only for the O2 machine sold in Asia. Is there an official website similar to this one for the Europe??

Thanks.

No ideas I'm afraid I've never tried it but I thought the standard client supported this?

Actually, the standard software supports sending SMS to multi-recipients, but I have to run into Contacts to add recipients one by one.

I guess there must be some kind of software that allows me to add all the recipients at one time.

If you send to the same list every time then you can just paste the list of recipients in. A convenient way to do this is to put the list into the 'My Text' feature in messaging.

What you are trying to find is the equivalent of a distribution list - one contact which is a list of other contacts. I don't think that's been done for Pocket PCs.

I'll agree with that and cheers Cyc I'd not thought of using 'My Text' in that manner!
