Re: Has anyone tried MAJIK on their hermes?
Just before I flash - is there about to be a Majik LE? I went to Shadow LE for the performance gains - I love the look of HTCHome, but it takes just too much real estate for me, and I could rebuild what I wanted from scratch. So, if LE is about to appear, I'll wait ... I can't wait more than an hour or two before flashing...

First impression: This is quicker than Shadow. That itself is a big positive for me. I will let you know once I get everything else going.

quicker ofcourse, stable you will see (it is!).
btw, your signature says magik, not majik

Re: Has anyone tried MAJIK on their hermes?
Installing now. Have to get all my apps up and running as well. Looking good so far - like the fact that I can decide which optional apps to install rather than them being cooked in.
BTW - LOVE the splash screen. Much better looking than Shadow

no LE as this is this ROM is CAB configurable based on what i thought should be in/out,
WMP was left in as it causes nightmares when its out. if you dont like htc home just disable it from the TODAY settings and you wont even know its there (its not a large app)

Re: Has anyone tried MAJIK on their hermes?
tried for about an hour, and noticed even after installing apps the rom is still faster than shadow.
well done jj. we didnt expect this rom to be released so soon (after shadow). will report more after a day's usage tomorrow (if any hiccups discovered).

Re: Has anyone tried MAJIK on their hermes?
Just for info that this rom WILL change your device ID so you will have issues with any software that ties your subscription to your device id like TomTom traffic.
looks very nice though but need to flash back to Black 3.01
thanks anyway.
