Hi SteveHK, what I find is easiest is copy the file to your SD card on your PC, put it back in your phone go to where you saved it and tap on it, whola chose to install to device or card.

Hey, anyone else find one of these customizable HTC Home cabs that the Brightness shortcut actualy works on? Out of all the ones I have tried, not one works. Maybe it is the rom that needs the fix rc X? This is the last thing with this app that I see that needs a fix to work out of the box.

Have fun SteveHK

Installed here this morning and very impressed. Still cant get rid of the bottom tray though - the battery and comms icons are gone but as I've got MagicCall running that sits in the tray still. Ah I'll shut up I've just found the option within the program to turn that off

WHAT? I thought this was still a unfixed bug. I skipped Satin and stayed with Majic, till just tring the Beta II & RC X, and so far I have not even seen how it is supposed to work. I am on RC X and the weather patched 6 tab by shean @ xda and the home customizer cab as well.

Still no joy, what do you sujest to get this to work on my Tytn, reFlash? What....

Re: !! UPDATED !! 6 Button HTC Home plugin+all icons+coloured clocks in 1 package !!

Has anyone been able to get the Home plugin to work on a Cingular/AT&T 8525? I've tried multiple times to install, but no luck so far. I'm running the latest really official WM5 ROM (downloaded from HTC's web site a few months ago). I downloaded the file, copied the CAB to my storage card, installed to the device, and soft rebooted. The plugin doesn't show up on the Today screen, or in the Today settings, but it's in the"Remove Programs" list.

What am I doing wrong here?

I don't think it works on WM5.

Hi samcham and welcome to 4WM

No I am afraid it will not work on WM5, there is a WM5 version available, you can get it HERE
