Hey I was having a certain problem running the HTC 6 button Home Plugin I have a Tmobile Wing and everytime i would receive a text message from any of myFaves my phone would freeze now i rebooted my phone completely and it work prefectly does anyone have any idea whats going on with the phone?

It was probably just a problem with one of the shortcuts to the favourites, a soft reset would have sorted the paths out. At least it works now! It is worth soft resetting after you have installed applications as it does sort out this kind of problem.

No I am afraid it will not work on WM5, there is a WM5 version available, you can get it HERE

Yeah, well...I am no expert by any means, so I'm very nervous about using an "unofficial" ROM. Gotta have my phone, can't afford to brick it.

Thanks, gemblaster. I'm still rather ignorant on this, and don't really understand what Olipro does, or how to use it correctly. Is there anywhere with step-by-step instructions on using Olipro's program? (I've flashed an official Cingular/HTC ROM before, so I'm cool with that part.)

Have a look at the mrvanx guide Here you will get pictorial instructions, and precise details on how to upgrade. Basically you need to install Olipro v7 2.10 and pick a rom to upgrade to. But please read the guide first.

It has saved my bacon once or twice as well. If you have flashed a rom already, you already know how, and have done it with greater risk than this as well. This will end most of that risk for you. I suggest this should be your next flash
