Trying to install this on my mogul. Downloaded and extracted HTC Audio Manager and "Schen's 6 tab HTC Home plugin" on to the memory card.
Tried to install HTC Audio Manager but could not find any exe or cab file. Same with "Schen's 6 tab HTC Home plugin" could not find an exe or cab file how do I install these programs? somebody help me out.

they are zipp files ... you have to open them and unzip the files in the HTC Pluging folder

Thanks Wiggy. I checked my mogul it does not have a HTC Plugin folder. Should I create one manually? if so what will be the path \windows\HTC Plugin ?

I installed htc home customizer last week so I have Program Files/HTC Home Customizer folder.

ok ,the name of the folder is actually HTCHome .. its in you root folder .. if you dont see then i think something is wrong .. maybe you need to soft reset

Uninstalled HTC Home Customizer did a soft reset installed it again.
When I first run the program it says HTC Home plugin is reqd and tries to dial out and get the program. Dial out fails and it cannot get the program.

Thers is no HTC Home directory on my phone. Any more clues?

I installed it this morning without and snags, i followed the instructions to a T ... maybe you need to reflash and start from scratch and carefully read the first post in this thread

One last question do I have to install HTC Home Customizer or not needed?

I used only the file posted for download in the first post .. everthing u need is included in there..
