Re: Dutty's Black 10 button Comm Manager
Now that looks good - I would like to be able to turn 3G off - but on my current Comm Manager screen (as default from Vodafone), I have another option - it's best described as a picture of the device on a slant with arrows to and from its right-hand side. The Vodafone manual says "tap to disconnect active data connections (e.g. GPRS)", but I cannot select it when I have a WiFi connection active, so I guess I wouldn't miss it ! Can anyone shed any light on this before I move on to Dutty's ???

Re: Dutty's Black 10 button Comm Manager
Dumb question alert!!!!!
Will this work on the TyTn/Hermes too, or is it Kaiser specific; most of the other addons and CABs ripped from various ROMs seem to work on most everything running WM6, so I'm presuming this would too?
Eagerly awaiting a response
Mark.

I took a chance for you and installed it on my Hermes running Schaps rom, and it is fine.

If you have a GPRS or 3G connection active, you can click that button to kill it. You can also hold the red phone button for a few seconds to do the same thing. My kaiser is the vodafone versoin and i've been using this comm manager pretty much from day 1 with no probs at all.

Re: Dutty's Black 10 button Comm Manager
I tried to install this back onto my device and I get the message... installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.
I had it on there before but had to re format my device... now i get this everytime I try and install it. please help

Re: Dutty's Black 10 button Comm Manager
You need to make sure that the existing comm manager is not running in the background before you install the new one. Go to start>settings>system>memory>running programmes and tap stop all. Now try installing the new comm manager and it should be ok.
