Do you have much stuff on your device? If not, it may be better to do a 'clean' rebuild.

As long as your PC version of Outlook is up to date, your emails, contacts, calendars etc are safe, so just copy the 'My Documents' folder to the storage card for safe keeping; you can copy back afterwards.

The danger of using a backup/restore program is that you may simply restore the corrupted connection data again, and finish up where you started. There are ways to get over that, but a clean reboot/reinstallation is the most effective method.

I deleted my partnership and all my contacts, calenders and tasks are gone.. how can I get it back? they were really important..

Re: htc kaiser tytn Iis not recognized by active sync

With the Kaiser clear of partnerships, you should now try to remake the partnership with the PC.

If that won't work, then a hard reset is the next option, and after that probably a warranty repair claim.

The objective here is to restore the partnership so you can sync the device; Maybe I wasnt clear enough that all these options are destructive to the data actually on the device.

But I already deleted the partnership and everything is gone already.. Is there a program to recover it now?

I'm still not able to make partnership with my PC.. Is it still possible to restore my data that I just lost?

Re: htc kaiser tytn Iis not recognized by active sync

I don't think you can retrieve deleted data from PPC's though someone may correct me. If it is possible the file needed is called pim.vol and resides in the root of My Device

My apologies if I have inadvertantly led you to lose your data, but there is a warning message when you remove a partnership that data will be removed.

Is it possible to backup a save with sprite backup then hard reset and install sprite back and restore it before the hard reset?

Can you try writing that question differently please? I think I know what you are asking, and I know the answer, but I don't completely understand what you wrote and don't want to give you incorrect advice.
