ActiveSync help on Kiser
I have a new problem.

I can connect to my Vario III using USB and Activesync connects to it and allows me to explore the device.

However it will not sync! and now the phone has lost all my contracts and diary events.

Any thoughts?

Hi vex,

I will admit I read your post and thought "ouch"!!

Let's see if there is anything that can be done...

Is this the only PC that you connect to ActiveSync?
Are the diary and contacts still on the PC?

Let's start there and see what results we get...
