Unhappy ActiveSync 4.5 Issues with AT&T Tilt

Hello,

I see only two options for resolving conflicts with Phone/PDA whereas Standalone PDA (ipaQ) had three where you could manually resolve conflicts. Is there any way around this or am I doing something wrong?

Also, is there any way to turn off the automatic syncing of the Phone/PDA and just have it 'look for changes' first and then I manually sync it. I have both of the syncing options set to "Manual" however, it doesn't seem to matter.

Thank You,
Katerina

Did you have to upgrade to AS 4.5 for your new phone? The conflict resolution changed at some point in AS, I can't remember exactly when. Nothing to do with it being a phone instead of a standalone PDA though.

No, that isn't possible. Looking for changes is part of the sync process, not a separate operation.
