So how are you finding Co Pilot.

i cannot comment on the MMS issues as i do not use that service on my device. Copilot works well here... 10 secs after launching it, i have a fix on 7-10 satellites. i also use Garmin Mobile XT and iGo 2006+. i'll be comparing Copilot to the other satnav apps over the next week and will post my findings then...

The built in GPS is excellent, I look forward to your findings.

Spoke to soon earlier, I'm now on my second handset, the first one gave up the ghost as I couldn't make calls or go online

I have the TC and find the build quality a bit better, the buttons on the 02 variant seemed a little flimsy for me and i didn't really see the need for the concave buttons?
Anyway i LOVE the TC

I have the Orbit 2 and recently got a play with the HTC variant. I agree with what you are saying about preferring the HTC version, especially the button front panel.

I think you must be using it in daylight hours
But seriously, yes, the screen problem is very prevalent and a real nuisance in strong daylight or the weak sun we get in England.
I got a screen protector (Orbit II Screen Protector) which is anti glare, to an extent, and in bright daylight, I can just about see the slide for S2U2 to unlock the device.
So, several months on, living with the Orbit2 and a Tytn II in my backpack, what can I say?
I love it, there's a few quirks, but it's definitely faster overall than the Tytn II. My OK button is looking the worse for wear with a bit of the metal fallen off and looking more and more like a crippled asterisk!
I get occasional missed calls even though i have full reception and dialling sometimes takes a redial before it works, as though it wasn't properly connected at first. Anyone else get this?

I didn't have the problem with the original rom, but since using WM 6.1 cooked roms I have seen it on the odd occasion.
