i think you may be right as it uses windows media jukebox to play the video.

i wouldn't have thought of that if you hadn't pointed that out.

great vid. I wish people who worked in phone shops could be as sensible and clear as that. Why do they have to be 20-somethings with attitude?

Actually on second thoughts - no; At least they keep me away from phone shops and save my credit card from further battering

I am new to the Orbit 2 (I take delivery of it tomorrow) so I was very interested in the "unboxing" video as it was good to see what to expect when my unit arrives.
Congratulations and thanks for your efforts and believe me that as a "newby" I found it invaluable.
