HTC Home Vs O2 Today

Hi

I'm brand new here, and I'm hoping this question may have already been asked and answered but...

I have the new Orbit 2 and really much prefer the HTC Home to the o2 Today.

So I installed HTC Home and it works fine but...

I'm not able to control it in the same as this guy can with the TouchFlo...

Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?

The guy in the YouTube has another application installed called "UltimateLaunch".

If your germans good, you can get all the info from the website for ultimatelaunch

If your germans not so good, theres a thread that discusses it over at xda-developers if you need more info

I think there's some extra software there, something called Ultimatelauncher?
