Re: O2 Xda Orbit 2 Review

I've separated this out into its own thread.
Which episode are you trying to play? How did you download it or what program did you use to subscribe to the podcast?
Did you use a headset while trying to view, and if so wired or bluetooth?
I want to try to reproduce what you did, to see if I get the same results, then I can investigate a bit.

Re: Video podcasts

OK, I'll try to give that a go.
A video podcast that I dip into for occasional episodes is Amateur Traveler here. I don't subscribe because I don't want every episode. I copied a random episode to my storage card and that played fine. So I suspect the problem is something to do with the format of the particular podcast.

Re: Video podcasts

I just tried viewing the link on my device in Pocket IE, and I couldn't subscribe from there. If I type the url into the RSS hub program it tells me the link is not a valid feed. Please can you type out the url you used - but put commas instead of full stops so that the system here doesn't parse it and substitute its own text.

Unless the RSS links to a transcoded version, you won't be able to play it on a pocket PC without installing Flash first.

The Adobe Mobile Flash7 page is Here. Although it states for developers, in the info it says once installed it will allow embedded Flash content to play in PIE.

I can't remember, but does Opera Mobile have native Flash support?
