Various
Guys,
Have got safety cameras working now - god knows how!
Have emailed ALK to ask how I can install the CD to get product updates - no answer as yet.
Now I have managed to setup my pictures to run as a screensaver - which I didn't really want to do - and cannot for the life of me workout how to stop!
any ideas?
Cheers
G

Re: Various
At least you have Co Pilot sorted in a round about way!
To fix your picture problems on your today screen go to start>settings>personal>today and untick the box "use picture as background", it should then show only the selected theme.

Did you follow the instructions that bydandie gave in the other thread?

Boz - yeah thanks, just wait for the support to come back to me.
Re your answer, it is not the backbround I need to change, but the screensaver. after a couple of minutes, the today screen is replaced by a slideshow of my pictures. I do remember doing this, but cannot remember how!

Right, go to camera album in programs and tap slideshow and hit pause. Also make sure it is notrunning in the background, check in task manager.

Are you sure it wasn't warning about a mobile camera site.
Out of the known 12-13000 UK camera sites, well over half are mobile sites, so are only very rarely, if ever used.
I have stopped downloading mobile sites now as I can't stand the constant (in my area anyway!) false alarms. Mind you, I may get caught out one day

Cheers NeilM.
Nah no mobile sites, I do the route every day, and there has never been a camera of any sort where it tells me!
