Re: Piel Frama Cases
I have started a new job so haven't had much time to visit the forum but got the below email from Piel Frama today which I wanted to share.
Just struck me as being very good of them to email me bearing in mind my query was back in February.
Now that's good service.

Dear Mobli,
We are contacting you just to let you know that we have just launched to the market our cases for the XDA Orbit II. You can take a look at these cases in the following link from our website:
O2 XDA ORBIT II
The only thing that you have to take into account is that the delivery time would be of about 10 days as our craftsmen have just begun making the cases for this model.
Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
Best wishes,

Re: Piel Frama Cases
Great service!
I got the same contact and mine will be delivered about then too!
I will be doing a review of the case - I've gone for Tan as the colour....
Watch this space....

I will look forward to the review Tony as I am now not so sure about getting a case for a couple of reasons:
Have managed so far without one.
I now carry two devices (work Blackberry and Orbit II) so want to reduce bulk and a case will make the Orbit a bit bigger and my bag is already full to capacity!
P.S. I would have gone for the tan one myself.

Re: Piel Frama Cases
I had both Tan and Green (don't ask!) for my Orbit 1.
I won't do without a case for mine - it's currently in the Orbit 1 case and has been since I got it....

Re: Piel Frama Cases
It's probably going to be around the end of the month before the first batch have been crafted (they don't manufacture!). Just in time Wirral for your Credit Card to have stopped blubbing!

Re: Piel Frama Cases
Hmmm, I'm not so sure guys.. Okay the quality may very well be good, but this is a phone case.... The cheapest one they do is 52.00 UKP and the decent looking ones are 75.00 ukp...
This is for a case, remember...
Nobody really cares that much about your phone if it's looks you're after and those other leather ones from Turkey, which will be made in the same way, were about 35.00.... That's more than enough for a case, for a phone, surely?
Anything above 50.00 and were getting silly, aren't we. No?
Am I the only one saying "Whoaaaa", here....

Re: Piel Frama Cases
Ahh, you need to have held one to believe. They are truly a wonderful thing both to behold and to be held.

Re: Piel Frama Cases
I'm with Bassey,
They are worth every penny!
I have five already and unless the design they do is a dog, that's what I buy. I've owned and reviewed cases from other manufacturers and they are just not a patch on Piel Frama.
Each to their own....

Re: Piel Frama Cases
Vaja are the best, but recent designs have not been aimed at WM devices, but their products are even more expensive!
