quickgps via activesync problem.

Hi, On my old Orbit 1 in QuickGPS options I had "auto download when connected to pc via activesync" option set, worked all the time as far as I can remember. I have set this on my Orbit 2 but does not seem to download GPS data on connection via activesync, I can manually download the gps data via the activesync? Anyone know what the problem is?

Cheers

What are the symptoms that lead you to believe it isn't working? I think mine is doing what it is supposed to with that option selected.

Hi, on the QuickGPS displays shows that is not up to date so you would think after activesync this would show is up to date?

Re: quickgps via activesync problem.

Have you tried forcing the update when connected?
Also can you connect to a web page when connected via A/S as it will need internet access to perform the update.

Re: quickgps via activesync problem.

Mine is working OK through Mobile Device Centre. I'm impressed that the valid time is now 6 days and 23 hours as compared to 2 days and 23 hours on my Orbit 1.
