Video Bit Rate

Hi

Am starting to sort out converting some TV episodes to watch on my Orbit 2 and am using FFMPEG on a Mac.

Am changing the video size to 320 x 240 but can anyone suggest a good compromise between file size and quality on bit rate?

Also have seen a few posts around streaming TV progs to the Orbit as well but can't find out how.

To be honest I've always found the compromise between quality and file size to be a very personal issue. My own view would be to go with a big MicroSD card (8GB) and then use the highest bitrate the phone will play smoothly. It'll take a bit of trial and error to find out a happy medium.
