Re: Noob advise please

Hi snowman122 and welcome to 4WinMobile. It certainly can be a bit scary and confusing at first. Windows Mobile devices are hugely flexible but, with that flexibility, comes a certain complexity and a lot of choices. The mods have all put together a list of what they consider to be essential software and that can be found here;

http://www.4winmobile.com/forums/ppc...tial-apps.html

I would say the first thing is backup software.

Then get the today screen setup how you want (something you won't be used to from S60 on the N95 - great device, terrible Home Pages).

After that, have a browse around and see what is out there. There really is software for everything. What software did you have on the N95 and what did you use the device for? I might be able to suggest some Windows Mobile apps along similar lines.

Hi snowman and congrats on your new device.

Here is a list with the software I have installed with a link to its product page, and a small description. Perhaps there's something in there that you like.
Installed software spmwinkel_PPC

Re: Noob advise please

Thanks
Now that I looked at it I'm currently updating it a bit, downloaded some new games (Hexic, Mozaki), added a Twitter program... Nothing really major though, most of the program are on my device for quite some time already.
