Is MS Paint installed on Orbit 2?
Hey guys,
My GF wants to know if MS Paint is pre-installed on the Orbit 2 or if she has to install it herself?
Also is there a program that can track how many Texts or calls you have made?

No, MS Paint is not on the Orbit 2, nor any other graphics program. I don't think Paint is available for Pocket PCs. The Orbit cannot run PC programs. Find out exactly what your girlfriend wants to do with MS Paint and we can suggest an alternative Pocket PC program.
The phone app in the Orbit keeps a total of phone minutes used, but I don't think it counts the calls. There are I'm sure programs that keep count; I hope someone will be along soon to suggest one.

Hi Lewis,
This is a freeware paint program.
unrar the file then run it from the pc with the device synced then follow the on screen instructions.

If you go to "Call History". Hit menu and choose "Call Timers" there is a call counter in there!

Heya it's Lewis's Girlfriend here..I just wanted the paint to be on the phone just like on windows just for fun to be honest!

Didn't Phone Alarm have a function for keeping track of Texts, calls and Data useage by month? I only used it for a short time quite a while ago but I think you could set up, for example, your contract details (i.e. 33mins, 600 tects, 10MB data) and it would tell you how close you are to exceeding your allowances.

It can calculate your bill so it must be able to keep track of texts and calls to do that.

Wouldn't the free GPRS monitor that comes with the Orbit do the call monitoring.. I know it's for GPRS, but it has allowance time, billing fields in it, doesn't it? It's worth havin a fiddle, before you pay for anything...

there is (or at least WAS) a FREEWARE today plugin that measured call usage, GPRS and messaging.
Can't for the life of me remember what it was called though.
