O2 Orbit

Hi again

I have a o2 orbit can I

upgrade the internal memory?

upgrade to windows mobile 6 pro and if so how and where would I get it

is this a good idea

Hi Ginger, in answer to your questions, you can't upgrade the internal memory, but you can increase the size of the storage card you use.

Your Orbit can be upgraded to WM6 Professional and the link to do this is here (4WM XDA Orbit WM6 ROM Upgrade FAQ now available) it is a good idea as it runs faster and more efficiently.

I can't remember if the O2 WM6 upgrade supported SDHC out of the box. If not then there are small files available to install on the Orbit to enable it but it's not supported by MS. I'll see if I can find them over on XDA-Devs and post a link....

I ended up with SDHC (8Mb) working on mine at the end.
