Quick question, will I need to manually setup GPRS etc if I flash to a new ROM?
and will my O2 Co-pliot version work with any ROM? or have O2 locked it so it will only work with their ROM?
cheers

Co-pilot has (to date) worked with every ROM i've flashed on my Orbit 2. to ensure i have no issues prior to flashing:
1. i installed co-pilot to my micro-SD card
2. i copied the Co-Pilot shortcut from the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder to the \Storage Card\Program Files\CoPilot folder on my micro-SD card.
3. after flashing a new ROM, i copy the shortcut back to the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder.
4. i configure and confirm my internet (or Wifi) connection settings work,
5. i click the shortcut to launch Co-Pilot. i always get a message saying Co-Pilot needs to be activated.
6. i start the Co-Pilot activation process; in most cases my activation code will be pre-loaded
7. i complete the activation process and start using Co-Pilot.
this process has worked every time and keeps me from having to perform a fresh re-install after each ROM flash. hopefully it will work for you (and others) if you choose to use my "shortcut" method!
