FIXED!!!

Took out MicroSDHC card and copied contents to PC hard drive in a card reader.

Deleted (not formatted) all files on SD card.

In Vista used the Tools to run a scan on the card. It said there were errors and recovered some file segments. I deleted these and ran the tool again. No errors.

Copied the files back to card from PC and re-inserted card in Orbit 2.

WMDC now syncs fine again!

@rommel_1230 - are you using any sort of Storage Card in your device?

i tried opening the micro sd card deleted scanned as u told but no result my pc telling unrecocnized drive

Genius Tony! Rommel, how about if you just take the storage card out completely and then try to connect (after another uninstall, re-install - just to clear everything)?

As Bassey says, take the SD card out of the device. Do a soft reset and try to connect via WMDC. Anything?

i tried all this sorts of thing also without sd card i tried my pc telling that unrecognized device,i un installed wmdc then reinstalled but comming same result my pc failing to recognize the htc touch cruise

may be im near abt to connect
because idid change my micro sd card now using the old one may b wile i formated my htc i saved all the programme in this card
any way after connecting the old micro sd i did uninstall wmdc using ur uninstall programme which given by BOZ
then re installed wmdc n now my pc is showing that htc is connected in device manager but still not connected with wmdc(i have untick that option which told by BOZ in my htc)
now what to do for connet ia wmdc

I dont know how it happened

connecting with my old micro SD card i hve connected with my pc.
i tried it before but dont know why then it was not get connection with my pc

any way then i did hard reset n formated my touch cruise because last formation may b wasnt ok sometimes it occered prob with me

now its ok .thanks to BOZ,tonybro,fowljr,bassey n others who tried to help me with this regard

but one thing can i have hard spl n english(exclusive english)ROM for my touch cruise

cause after formatting my phone some programmes(in desktop of my cell battery status) giving unexpected languge mayb its in russian language which i cant understand

would u please help me
