Icons and Symbols vanishing!

Ok, Early on in the week my Shortcut icons on my Orbit 2 disappeared, but i can still tap were they were and they work.
Now the symbols in the top right of my screen have gone! I can only see the little signal mast and the G in a box.

Very strange. But when i open a program etc i still get the X in the top right.

Were have my icons and symbols gone, and how does i get them back?

Very confused! Ohh, and just too add to this rather then starting another post, is there a way off getting windows mobile 6.1?

what application are you using for the shortcuts? O2 plugin? Spb Pocket Plus? Ultimate Launcher? etc etc

Are ALL the icons missing or just some?
Are just the shortcuts to apps installed on memory card missing? or all?

It may be a little more fundamental than a launcher app, as he's lost his Taskbar notification icons as well.

May be time for a hard reset

Only thing i installed was Co-pilot as that went belly up.
i used O2 plugin to sort my shorcuts out.

All sorted now any how with a Hard reset.

Which make of memory card were you supplied with? I ask because there were problems with Transend cards.
