WM6.1 Account Locked

I've just upgraded my Touch Cruise to WM6.1 & restored my data. But in Messaging my sms/mms account is locked. There is now a message that says -'Account Locked
Company policy prohibits use of this messaging service on this device.
You cannot receive this type of message.' It's my personal phone so this makes little sense!

There is a similar message on my phone provider's email account (talktalkbusiness) & similarly the Internet will not work - but Exchange Server/ Outlook is working fine.

Any ideas as to how I unlock the messaging accounts.

Hi, that is a strange one! I would have thought that restoring your data from WM 6 to WM 6.1 would be the root cause of your problem. Was the backup application you used able to cross OS platforms?

Would it be too much trouble to hard reset and install your apps one by one?

By the way, I've found the internet is working Ok now, but messaging still the same.
I'll give the hard reset a try. I was using Sprite back up.

Exactly the problem I had. It was even a new message on BT, when I phoned 'em.
...... Had to reinstall apps, one by one... Fiddling with this, fiddling with that. 3wks, it's taken me me and SRS Wow audio doesn't work, nor does my LG bottom bars homescreen.... I bothered upgrading because?
