Hmmm. That picture shows why no-one other than Cingular released the original Wizard. That phone fell right out of the top of the very tallest ugly tree hitting every branch on the way down.

Yup, the Wizard definitely lacks the finesse of the Prodigy!

Under my battery on my Mini-S I see the model name Wiza200. Checking on Wikipedia here they indicate these are Wizard devices, further pictures of both are shown here. Surely the Prodigy is a name for another device???
Cheers

I've been reading more and found numerous reports of the Wizard being codenamed Prodigy before release. Since release it's been the Wizard with the variants Wiza100, Wiza110 and Wiza200 as reported previously.
Cheers
Howard

Wiza200 is the Prodigy "variant" of the basic Wizard platform.

I can't find any information to show any variants other than the three Wiza model names and associated styling differences. My money is still here Neil

Re: HTC Prodigy - Device Information
On Wikipedia there is an HTC Model Chart which muddy's the water further by suggesting that Wizard and Podigy are interchangeable.
I'd suggest that, given that everyone here knows what someone means when they say they have a Wizard device and that only Cingular have ever released the other type, we just accept that Wizard and Prodigy are one and the same and move on
It's a bit like someone saying they have a hoover, when they actually have an Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner. Everyone knows what they mean so it doesn't matter that it isn't strictly correct.
