personally i think it will be longer, maybe 6 to 8 weeks.
try voicing your concerns to the customer relations department. They are very helpful and just sort stuff out.
Just this week in my line of work i came across a guy who was being badgered for £400 by a debt recovery company due to an unpaid t-mobile bill.
After a bit of digging it transpired his phone was stolen while he was in hospital after a heart attack and the thief had run up the bill.
It took three emails for the bill to be written off and one of those was because i submitted an incorrect password.
The guy (in his 60's and of ill health and memory) was simply astonished and so was i.
